Returns

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Clara no later than 2 weeks after receiving your piece, for an exchange or a refund. Returned pieces must be in perfect condition - unworn, unmarked and in original packaging.

  Caring for your jewellery

  Make sure to apply any cosmetics or perfume before you put on your jewellery.
  

  Your piece can be gently cleaned with some warm water, a toothbrush and a small amount of liquid soap. Gently brush the piece, rinse well and carefully pat dry with a towel.

  When not worn, store your jewellery separated away from other pieces of jewellery and preferably away from sunlight.
