For complete piece of mind, you have 15 days after receiving your item to ask for an exchange or a full refund.
Extended returns apply to Christmas gifts bought in November and December - please notify Clara in writing by the 8th January. If you bought for a gift for an occasion which is more than 15 days away, please let Clara know when you checkout, and we can extend the return policy for you.
Gold rings made to order can be re-sized or exchanged but not refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition - unworn, unmarked and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please get in touch at clara@clarabreen.com. If your return is accepted, Clara will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Every piece is made with utmost care in the London studio, so this is very rare. Please inspect your piece upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged for any reason - so that Clara can make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gold rings made to order can be re-sized or exchanged, but not refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a refund will be made and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping for refunds and exchanges
In all cases, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs for exchanges are as follows:
- United Kingdom - Royal Mail Special Delivery | No charge | Guarenteed next day
- Europe - Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL Courier | £15 | Approx 5-10 days
- Rest of the world - DHL Courier | £25 | Approx 7-14 days.
