In these terms and conditions, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to Clara Breen; ‘you’ refers to the purchaser. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Credit and debit cards are accepted as standard.

All prices shown are in GBP (£ sterling). Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are correct, occasional data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases we are not required to honour incorrect prices.
Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the price for that item(s) will not change.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Shipping information and charges are given on the Ordering page. These charges are subject to alteration without notice; however once we have accepted and confirmed an order, the shipping charge for that order will not change.
Goods must be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please see Returns policy for details.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are correct, and colours are as close a representation as possible. However, every computer and device will display colour differently; we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will be an exact match as seen on your screen.

Under all normal circumstances, goods will be paid for prior to despatch.
However, if for any reason goods are shipped before payment has been made, title in the goods shipped belongs to us, until payment in full has been received by us.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
