What is bespoke jewellery?
It's a piece of jewellery designed and made to your specifications - made to measure or using a particular gemstone or type of gold, for example. A bespoke piece could be anything from a simple tweak in one of Clara's existing styles, to a brand new design created just for you.
It is sometimes possible to upcycle your unworn jewellery. Family heirlooms, diamonds, gemstones or gold can be re-purposed into a modern piece of jewellery - breathing new life into family treasures for example.

Bespoke pendant and modern two-tone gold ring made to celebrate a special birthday. The pieces were made using client's own diamonds from a pair of earrings that weren't being worn very much. The diamonds were re-worked into this contemporary pendant and ring, with additional ethical emeralds from Brazil, set in a modern rubover style, for everyday wear.
Bespoke Strata Rings
Clara has worked on several exciting bespoke variations of her signature Strata ring design. Here are a few examples, made using client's own inherited diamonds and gemstones, imbued with special significance with the associated memories linked to the gems included in the new piece. According to the number of layers chosen during the design process and the gemstones used, each ring has a completely unique character.

Yellow & Rose Gold Bilbao Rings
A bespoke variation on Clara's Bilbao ring, this ring set is made from 18ct yellow gold and 9ct rose gold, in Clara's signature Bilbao style. A bold pair of rings for everyday wear.
Bespoke Jacket Ring
A fun way to modernise a beautiful but unworn ruby heirloom ring, without doing a full re-design, this bespoke jacket ring is tapered and surrounds the ruby ring on either side, giving the illusion of a wide band with the original ruby ring in the centre, handmade in brushed 18ct gold.
How does it work?
As part of the bespoke designing process, Clara will work to your brief to create your ideal piece. An attentive listener, Clara will build a really good relationship with you to understand what you are looking for, and how you or your partner would wear the piece.
Throughout the bespoke process, you could be really involved in the finer details, or leave it all to Clara, it is entirely up to you.
Working sensitively with you to define a design that will be just right for you, Clara will give you several design and pricing options to consider before going ahead.
